A provisional licence is valid for two years, you must pass your ART (Accompany Rider Training) test within this period
When you have passed your ART test and are over the age of 17 you
are licensed to ride any cc Motorcycle without L plates
restricted to 33BHP for a two year
period, after this period you are free to ride any BHP Motorcycle
